Time out ratio

On my trip to Hawaii I totally forgot about my corrospondence games. Since I'm a premium member I had automatic vacation time activated. I only had one day of vacation left when I figured out. Now my timeout ratio is  too high to join any tournaments or even host them! Could someone explain to me how to lower it down?

You're gonna have to wait around 90 days, then all your timeouts will be out of the cycle,.

u try to finish as many games as possible with in less time.. then ur time out ratio decreases..
