Resolved: time setting

I would like to play a 15 minute game but don't know how to change the time settings. 

Is this possible?

i didnt think it was possible to not know how to change the time settings but i guess it is

above the "start game" button in live chess is a drop down box, click the arrow to open it and choose custom or 15|10

I didn't know who should I contact but everytime I play the time is moving up instead of counting down for both players!! Is that ok? I has been happening for already a week or so. So instead of playing exactly the 15 min the time seems never finding an end. what can i do to stop this kind of thing?

15|10 means ten seconds is added after each move. if you want to make a custom setting that is exactly 15 minutes with no time added you can do that.
