I'll investigate this in the morning for you. Sorry i can't do it now, its 11pm and a little too tired to be able to concentrate enough on your issue.
Timeout counts twice?

hmmm i did respond to this once, not sure where my message went. (Sorry about that)
I did take a look but i couldn't find any games where your ratings were either 1817 or 1829
Can you mail me a link to these or your opponents names so i can look further into this please
Also, did you get any alerts that said "game over" for the games? If you did, they will have links to the games that i'll need to be able to locate them and restore them to your games history

Those are the links that are applicable to what I am about to discuss.
One or more of the links may or may not be visible to certain members. I’ll give a brief summary: I have recently unchecked the box in “Online Chess Settings” that claims timeouts automatically. Whether this has any effect on the “glitch” that occurred I do not know. What happened though was that in a team match game I played, the time out was claimed automatically, which was no surprise considering that they’re supposed to be. The problem? The game acted as though it was counted twice! It clearly showed by rating to be 1817 after the game, but when I checked my rating seconds later, it showed 1829. My opponent’s rating also reflected this. Also in the first link which shows my group’s team matches (don’t know if staff members can see this or not), it shows that my group is now winning 3-1 in a 2v2 match, yet it should say 2-1. Finally, the game shows up in neither my or my opponent’s game archive. I hope chess.com staff can find a way to fix this problem. Thanks :)
