Hi, my timeout ratio in rhe system is calculated wrongly -- it says it is 14% when its actually 2%

Your timeout ratio is not 2%.  In the past 90 days you've played 35 games and timed out in 5 of them.  That rounds to 14%.

Those timeouts will drop off one by one from the current 90-day period, and if you don't tack on new timeouts you can get your ratio back to zero fairly fast.
