Yeah, there must have been some updates to the tourney code because this is the fifth bugged tourney I know of (not including one that didn't start when scheduled).
You should open a ticket.

I guess technically I am listed as second place but there are two first places. So that is wrong as well.
Well, it is possible to have two first places if the players had the same score and same tiebreak. Which would make the next person in line be third.
In looking at that event I don't see how they coded it to get the results. The standings and last round results don't match at all.
I thought initially that round 1 was counted correctly (wins, draws, losses) but that losses from round 2 were omitted entirely. So someone who did well in round 1 and lost in round two scored 6 out of 6 and therefore 100% whereas I only got 5/6 in round 1 and then 5.5/6 in round 2 without losses. That amounts to 9 wins and 3 draws (less than 100%)
I assume that is what happened here.
So to illustrate:
Capn_Ralph scored 6/6 in round 1 and 3.5/6 in round 2. He lost two games in round two. If one does not count those, he scores 9.5/10 and gets the record of 9-0-1
kstorn scored 6/6 in round 1 as well, but forfeited his games in round 2. Not counting the losses in round 2, he scores 6-0-0 (100%)
I only scored 5/6 in round 1 (two draws) but 5.5 in round 2. So my record is 9-0-3 which is worse that both of the tournament winners.

I participated in a tournament (https://www.chess.com/tournament/all-in-all-ohio), which started with 16 players (4 groups of 4 playing double round robin). Winners of the groups advance to form one group of 4 (round 2).
I managed to squeeze out a win in this tournament with a record of 9 wins, 3 draws and no losses. Having finished first in the last round I expected to be the tournament winner only to find out that I am listed as third finisher. Not that it matters much, but the scoring seems to be off on this. It looks like for several players their losses are not even considered.
