Two wins, -8 points????

Hello,

I'm not sure if I should report a bug or what, but today I WON two games, with NO points to my rating. Not only I didn't get points, I actually lost them!!!

Now, I'm unsure if you guys can track these games, but I can describe what happened.

Here my connection broke, and when I came back 2 minutes or smt later, my opponent left, and I won the game because of his abandonment. Ok, this I could understand.

Second game I don't, and I really protest here. I was playing with a novice who was playing so slow that he lost on time. Imagine my surprise when I saw that it was I who actually lost there

Please guys, it's really frustrating...

Sorry, but I have no clue as I don't play live chess.  Doesn't make any sense to me, but of course, that doesn't help you any.  But I at least want to respond so you would know that your post was read.  This sounds like a question for Eric!

I know that we are here to play chess, and not for points and stuff... but points are way too much fun not be earned whenever possible.
