Is it possible to get the old UI back? Or do I have to stick with the new one? Because ever since I became a member, It's looked different.

Which UI? If you mean the profile some members have a new design and it will be released site wide at some point.

Yeah, views are not available on the new profile design. You can still see them on the stats page for now if you have the new profile, unless something has recently changed.
