Unable to connect on chess.com app ios

Hi support, since i got disconnected from my account on the app, which I don’t know how it has occurred, I’m not able to connect. When i do so, it throws me the error « we were unable to create your account ». It is really weird because I am on the connection page, not on the sign in page. I wonder if it is only happening to me or other people and how i could solve the problem.
PS: My account works, I used it yesterday and still exists, I asked a friend to check out.
