Unable to login into chess.com

Offlate I have been experiencing problems in entering into the chess.com site.

I am using two IDs raghav8 and bhavyag.

On the chess.com home page once I enter login id and pwd the resultant page simply does not appear. Looks like it gets timed out. I am using the same Internet connection as earlier.

Does this happen on all browsers you use ? or just the one you're on now?

Is it a shared computer?

I use IE and Chrome and these were working fine earlier. These are private computers.

Have there been any chnages to login authentication functionality offlate.The status bar of the browser tries to access secure.chess.com but dies out eventually.

No, no changes have been made. Are you trying to log in using a bookmark or actually typing the address in the url ?

I am typing chess.com. This page appears fine.

Supplying the login credentials and pressing Enter. The page dies.

If you haven't been reported such issue by any other users, I will try to recheck my Internet connection at home again later today.
