UPDATE: still having this issue. did i get banned from playing chess or something? i understand that i have had a good win streak but i did not cheat in any of my games

the board and pieces will appear in a starting position for about 2 seconds before the entire display disappears and doesn't come back
this happens for all chessboards that load for me
i've tried everything i can think of but nothing is working
