Unanswered tickets

Hi, I've opened up 3 tickets about an issue concerning harassment, but I haven't gotten a response yet. Just wondering if its normal for it to take a little while, or if I perhaps entered my email incorrectly or something and didn't receive the response(s). I initially had 2 tickets, and then I resubmitted one of them because I realized I did not put it in the correct category. Just wanted to make sure they were received and that I didn't miss the responses, Thanks!

Also, I apologize if i've opened up too many tickets, I did not mean to abuse the system or anything.

How long ago did you send these in?

1 of them was on thursday, 1 on friday, and then I resubmitted one into the proper category just yesterday. I'm mostly wondering about the one on thursday as its been 3 days since then. Just not sure what the usual response time is, and wanted to be sure the tickets were received and that I didn't miss their responses.

Are all tickets responded to eventually? Or are some of them just ignored?

It's normal for it to take a couple of days.  I am not sure that the staff always replies on cases where harassment is alleged if they do not believe that your complaint rises to the level where they should take action.

Thanks for the reply, I won't worry about it then.

Yea, sometimes it takes a week but I've always gotten a response.

Just block them, they vanish :)

Blocking works-for you. But, the individual may still harass others, so, a ticket should also be submitted.

BTW, as I've noticed the site grow, the staff hasn't seemed to have grown with it. This should be a must. Many topics in h & s rarely see a reply from staff.

Been a week now and I still have not received a single response. I've just dealt with the matter on my own at this point, though it feels a little unprofessional to not get any sort of response from the staff.

Not trying to be annoying, but it would be nice to get a response from the staff to at least let me know my tickets were received. It's possible they never even sent, would just like to know in case I ever have future issues that I might need help with. thanks

When you sent the ticket in, you should of gotten an acknoledgement saying that they recieved it, and that they will try to get back to you within 24 hrs.

I haven't sent in a ticket in months. Are they still using the Capsha box?

RonaldJosephCote

Last I heard, you hit the "send" button. It takes you to a page that says; "Have any of these questions helped you with your issue". You have to hit "send" again.

Did you get an actual "ticket"? They used to send automated replies assigning a ticket number and promising a response within 24 hours.

I think that they might have gotten rid of that when they got their new improved support system last year. I sent in a few emails last year and didn't receive any more automated "tickets" responses assigning a number.  Staff did always respond, but there were no actual tickets. That was a nice feature of the old system. You at least knew that your email had been received.

At any rate, the fact that you say you have had no response after a week makes me wonder where you sent your email. Did you use this link?

I used that link, and I also was directed to the screen saying "thank you, we will try to respond within 24 hours". It's not a huge concern for me if they don't respond as I have taken care of things on my own, but I was still curious why I never received a reply.

I went on Live Help last night and was told that they get to inquiries as quickly as they can. I think you should be patient a while longer.
