unbanning

So to unban somebody, go to your settings then go to privicy and it will be at the bottom of the page. This is for unbanning people from your homepage. Please tell me if this is helpfull

Hello  I play  on line chess many times . recently  i have a bug with the system ! after i finish a game  and choose a replay or new game ... the game starts .... i can see the clock working    but the checker  board  simply dissappear |     i tried to access support  and that  was  blocked too ! now the system thinks i am a criminal and blocked me ! 

what shall i do ?  did not mean to offend any body and really want to play with others ....but the bug does not allow ! some times and the end of every game...i had to completly  log out ....relog in and then it works   and so on and so on ... at every game.... logout...login....log out...log in etc..etc

Are you playing on your phone? Just wondered if it was a bad connection. 

Your report ticket won't be blocked, and you aren't considered a criminal, so unless ur trolling thats not a very logical thing to say. 

If you have a genuine problem report it here and staff will generally get back to you within 1-3 working days. 

From what it sounds like you are saying it seems like a connection issue, but make that ticket anyway and see what staff says

I think there is no way to unban someone

And that's what I'm trying to do right now

Actually you can unban people: go to the club > members > sort by banned members > action dropdown > un-ban

but where do you find sort by banned members b/c i don't see that

u can't find a "banned members" list

If you're an Admin or SA you can change the drop-down sort option on the club members list.
