Unbeliveable lag

I am on a Mac pro with firefox. When I press new game I get 10 on preset time, 5 on bonus and no ratings. Then if I correct it and go to a game I get this message in the chat box. "Undefined has offered you a draw"  I can play the game but the lag is 10 to 15 seconds per move. If I move the peice it moves back and waits 10 to 15 seconds and then moves. This has been going on for a week. On my error console I am getting 10 to 15 errors. Any suggestion?

I get these settings everytime when i create a new game unless I change them. But the next time it goes back to these. The lag is always present. When you get a game the chat box always say the same thing.

Same problem occurs on my mac too. With the same internet connection, When I switch mac with windows operating laptop no lag occurs. Its a specail error for mac users I guess but I don't know what to do! We need a computer freak to make it fixed :D

this happens to me aswell and i'm on a pc usign internet explorer :(
