Sorry to hear that. But did you email them? They emailed me to tell me I'd been a naughty boy and I sent an angry reply demanding a personal response. Maybe it worked. If other people haven't received an apology at all then I accept that I am the special one. 
It sounded personal, but could have been automated. Would have to compare with others who have received an apology.
