Unfair losts

Hello, I was paying game 3|2 on my phone and I had connections problems few time during the game. Finaly I fot +5 advantage and more time than opponent but.... I lost connection somehow during last second and lost... I don't know why I lost connection as I use good Wi-Fi, and turned off mobile internet to not allow phone to switch between networks. May be my android is bad I don't know, the letter is not about it. Is it fair that I lost my points because I lost connection? ok, if someone losing and braking connection, it is ok to take points from this person. but I was winning in time and in material, what was the reason for me to brake game? Maybe it is a smart thing do not remove points from person, who have +3 or more and been disconnected? at the moment things are like if I have a queen, and opponent have just a point, and I loosing connection for some reason I will loose and lose point, that is unfair. Give me zero points, but not remove them. You have rull that if one have single king, that he cannot win on time. You can extend this with new rull. Best regards, Vlad

you lost connection therefore you lose its fair even if this happens to me i would still say the same thing.

sure it sucks that you lost cuz you lost connection even thou you had 1 queen and 1 extra rook (that what happened to me) but that hos it works

I think Vlad has a fair point. If you lose connection when you're behind or drawing in material or time then obviously you lose - end of story. But if you're ahead in material, time and in position (eg if Stockfish decides you're ahead) then perhaps the points you lose should be adjusted.
