I'd say you should do that from your facebook account to make sure that happens.

go to facebook.com, account settings, there you'l find linked apps or something like that.. Check the list and deny chess.com access to your facebook.

If he does that, he won't be able to log on to his chess.com account since he will no longer be able to varify himself using his facebook account (I'm assuming that the OP wants to keep using his current chess.com account). OP needs to get a chess.com staff to set up a password for his chess.com account so that he can login using his chess.com user name and password alone.
You can set up a password on your own here, no need of admins for that.

Can someone ( Moderator ) please unlink my Facebook account from my Chess.com account. I would really prefer these accounts to stay separate and I can't find where to unlink them.
