I've subscribed to the free trial and cancelled the subscription before the trial ended but the subscription still came through and still charged me. It's been four days since I've sent my support ticket but there still has been no response. What do I do to refund it? I do have the receipts if needed.
Since it was a holiday weekend, it may take a little longer than normal to get a response. Though you should check your junk/spam folders to make sure the email wasn't filtered.
