I got a message about a free 10 day trail which was very nice. I contacted the site asking if I had to have a credit card inorder to make use of the trail. I was told that i must and its was only so that people would not abuse the system. I went a head with the sign up only to find out that they have billed my card. I want every one to know that I think the site is well worth the money but I cannot afford it at this time. How do I get refunded? Also you should let people know in the trail offer that you plan to auto enroll them after the 10day peirod.
