I am trying to upgrade my account with paypal as i do not own a credit card. But when going to make the payment it will not allow the transaction without me entering credit card info. Am i allowed to make a one time 99 dollar transaction or do i need a credit card so it is taken yearly? Or is it maybe because my funds are in Canadian and not American?
