So V3 on ipad has a few issues. Is it because I use Safari to login?

I have been going back and forth between V2 and V3 for almost 2 years. I have always used Chrome and have never cleared cookies or history. I have used XP running Chrome and also now WIn 10 and Chrome with a ad blocker and about 10 added extensions. There is no reason you should be having any problems in the areas you have listed as all are working perfectly now.
My suggestion is if you continue to have these problems is to email support@chess.com or use the internal message link listed above. Be sure to include your username and explain your current system and as much info about your issues as you can. They are better equipped to get your issues resolved.
