Very often my conection failes during live games

significantly often my connection failes during my games! I do a lot online, streaming, downloading and so on, but the connection normaly is stable. Only when I play all too often conection brakes down and I have to connect again and again. What is the problem? It is more than annoying (for both sides, I think) to have more problems with the internet connection than with the game itself.

Depends on what kind of device you play on, how much activity is on your device and local network, and on the vagaries of the equipment between you and the chess.com servers.

Thank you for your answer. But I only see, that I do it right normaly: No other tabs open, no parallel download or something, my router is about 2 meters away and so on.... and as I wrote: it happens normaly only when I play chess.

Ok, at the second article there is the instruction to change settings. The settings button I find, but then... no part with connection. My settings are in german, but that should be no difference. Did it change and nobody wrote a new article? Or am I blind. Don´t know, but I cant find the settings point to change the kind of connection. Thank you!

I found a solution for my problem!. I just use my mobil and switch on the tethering and hotspot function, so, If the conection problem cums again, I will just switch conection to the mobile. It works well.
