Viewing "My Games" in Game Explorer

Hi, firstly I think chess.com is a fantastic site with a lot of great learning tools. It puzzles me, then, that one of potentially the best tools for learning, viewing a game explorer of your own games, doesn't seem to be working (when I click "my games" in the drop-down under Game Explorer it doesn't work). It's such a great way to recognise your weaknesses! Is this feature simply not working or is there something I'm doing wrong?

You're fine.  It's a well known problem with no immediate fix in sight.  About 2 years ago they switched server farms and have never been able to quite catch up despite buying some new servers.  I don't think staff even bother making excuses anymore.
