violating rules of agreement/fair play policy.

To whom it may concern I am reaching out on behalf of my younger brother who's account was disabled due to him supposedly violating the fair agreement policy. He is only 13 and trying to figure out how to proceed in order to reactivate his account.
He is an avid chess player and has recently become very interested and involved in this sport and I know for a fact that if he did violate any sort of contract that it wasn't intentional. He believes it was due to his high score in solving puzzles. He does take lessons online and I believe he would study the daily puzzles and work through them.
He is young and learning (not that it's an excuse) and upset about the current situation. If somebody could please find it in their heart to either reach out to him or I, in order to help lift the ban off his account there would be no more issues in the future. Please and thank you for your time.

Your brother should have received an email about options. If not, or you have questions, he contact support directly. Accounts aren't closed for puzzles
