Only the staff can change profile names. I don't know the exact procedure, but a nice & polite message to Kohai sounds like a reasonable start. 
Edit: You mean your nick name, omprakashcn, right? The other Name and Last Names can be changed with Home/Edit My Profile.

Please give a choice of 3 usernames you'd want in order of preference. Please note that you cannot have any spaces or dots in the name, nor any special characters like dots or ^ & * ! " £ $ % ( ) + = ? / \ |
It can be either one whole word, or use a dash or underscore as a seperator.
It must be a minimum of 3 letters/numbers, and a no more than 20 letters/characters
