I had the following right now :
1) I play on website, connection says it's top notch, and then in the middle game I see a red status, I'm disconnected and lose.
2) Another game, Same result.
3) Same. It's the first time I'm disconnected that often, I'm not even sure I ever lose a game by disconnection before since I renewed my membership a few days ago.
4) Ok... I access chess.com with the app on my account. I play one game. Everything is fine.
5) I try again on the website. And same result as 1) again.
Any clues on what is happening ? I prefer to play on the website because of the analysis board after the game...
Both my mobile and my laptop on which I access the website share the same connection.

But apps can use your phone connection. The website can't.
( I don't really understand the difference in how websites and apps connect but a Google search last night convinced me that there is a difference.)
