What is league and how to join it?

I heard there is league in chess. Com beta. What is it  and how to join it. Pls help 

It's okay 

You just need to join chess.com beta and then play games using the /play option.

You don't get it for /live. You have to play using the /play option for that.

Weren't leagues supposed to be upgraded today ? Deadline was 6 or 7 hours ago and I'm still in "wood" while I should have level up to "stone".

If you qualified, you would have received an alert about the move to stone. Your profile won't update until after your first game since the end time (which may be a bug)

Leagues are a great feature, we are waiting for it.

It is already there in chess. Com beta though
