Well, I would suggest to you to Contact Chess.com Help and Support using this link:

Also, I would tell them that you are in a region with bad connection and that you have been restricted from playing other players, except your friends. I would also check out the Fair Play policy, by going to the Top-Right corner of this page and clicking help and then typing in the search box, "Fair Play Policy." That's the most I can help.

geez loads of these threads lately.
Geezzzz...and that's quite true btway...
It's like all of a sudden, people are forming a group to get away with breaking rules on Chess.com. If alot of people get away with breaking rules, then Chess.com will turn into chaos, unless the Fair Play Policy just got created.

Your account may be restricted if you do not follow our Fair Play Policy. If restricted, you will only be able to play with friends. Please do not intentionally abort/disconnect from games or make your opponents wait unnecessarily. Thank you for keeping Chess.com a fun place to enjoy chess!
