What's the process when you report someone?

How long does it take staff to review the report? Do you get notified about the decision?

Actually this article didn't help. I still don't know how long it takes staff to review a Report and if I'll get notified about the decision.

I'm sorry there is no set time on the review process, it varies in relation to their current workload.  No, you will not get notified about their decision.

It depends on the type of report and how it is done. I've received replies to tickets and one of the FPV reports I made, had a reply when the account was closed.

I know that is not always the case.

If you write to support you should hear back from them in 24 hours or less. 

Reporting a bug or making a suggestion may or may not get a response depending on the situation.
