not that i've seen. I've only seen your last 3 posts, in terms of mod posts. and that kinda concerns me because there are people who are not 13 here and could be affected by NSFW stuff, and because of that, it kinda concerns me when I see an NSFW pfp, for example, and nothing gets don't about it.

Do you report them?
https://support.chess.com/en/articles/8562517-how-do-i-report-someone
That said, I know I post replies multiple times every day and other mods are also actively replying in the forums.
honestly, I dont report. due to being used to report buttons doing jack.
but if they actually do something here, then great, I'll try to use it more

What does age have to do with this? If it is "NSFW stuff", then those under 13 wouldn't be working. And if you are an adult working, you shouldn't be on chess.com playing chess.
wh- what? what are you referring to?
of course a child wouldn't be working.
but I do know that someone who is, say 10 would be on here. and if that were to happen, and they saw someone with an nsfw pfp, they could be traumatized. I even know someone who was traumatized by NSFW activity.

The solution seems to be for parents to block their children from terrible web sites instead of demanding that a squadron of nannies descend upon the place to harass adults as followups to nit-picky prudes.
I see that
but even tho I am not even close to having children (I'm 15), I find it a little disturbing when I see someone having, say, a picture of an "end rod" as their profile picture. I'm just trying to look out for other people here.
All kids must be banned from here and play only on chesskid.com
On chesskid.com you cannot upload profile pic and your username is random set of words like Flower-Hapiness-Crystal
P.S. And there's no chat possible

"end rod"? Is this for real? Unless it's some lewd code language I'm not familiar with.
ok Imma be completely honest, I forgot chesskid existed.
but either way, there will be some kids who are 12 and think "I'm close enough in age, I should be fine" and end up seeing something they shouldn't.
either way, I still think we should have profile picture moderation.
....
either way, I still think we should have profile picture moderation.
As mentioned mentioned, that exists. However, with the number of new accounts and existing accounts that change their avatars, it's not possible to catch every bad one

ah, I see.
tho judging by experience, it seems the best way that can be dealt with at the moment is probably training more mods. I only say this because you're the only mod I've seen on here since I came back here a week ago.
tho the way I see it, if we train more staff, we can have more people that are alert, causing better moderation. but that comes with the risk of potential admin abuse, so its a bit of a risk, but it could come with a pretty good trade-off, assuming you train the right people.
I do have some other ways we could potentially deal with the problem, but that one is probably one of the easiest.
for God's sake, why are people thinking I'm promoting child labor?
tho yes, I am addressing kids here. I happen to know a guy who was not at least 13 when they joined this site, and that person was inactive for a good bit. its a good thing they didnt see anything bad.
also, while I was typing this, 3 minutes after I started, I realized you guys misunderstood what i meant by NSFW. and I really don't know how to explain what I mean In a way that does not break the guidelines, so, Martin_Stahl, if you could at least attempt to explain, i'd be thankful, because I cant due to the guidelines.
