Where do users submit appeals over staff actions?

I was playing chess with a random player and I was doing well. I then realised that because I obliterated him with a good move he quited the game without resigning. I opened a new google tab to do my homework because I was bored waiting and when I came back it said game abandoned when it was his time to play.

If you leave the tab it is possible that the server didn't see a connection and counted the game as abandoned.

My daily puzzle streak has been lost. How can I restore it?

I don't think it's possible if it's gone

A forum post won't do it. You have to contact Support directly or use the contact information from the email sent to the closed account.

I have play match a another guy, I am very well position and suddenly show my side reconnecting and before 60 second I have lost the game by automatically quite. Why?

When the connection is lost the server may consider you left the game which is equal to losing the game
