If you want to ask some serious question for the staff there is a link at bottom of page "Help and Support" you can file a tickect to them.

KCO what is mob.nos? All my questions are finally answered by realizing the app has none of these capabilities. I wish I would have know that before today!!!

King Chess: I've emailed chess.com several times and after the third reply they still don't understand my question. I believe it was you, but some staff member actually understood and answered my question in the forum area. The app needs some help features as well as other features really bad. I'd start with a help button in an obvious place, and have the first FAQ say go to chess.com for your answer because your not going to find them in this app! 😊. I spent hours trying for 4 weeks till I finally came here to this site. I've never seen an app lose so much material.

The apps should have options under More; both Report Problem and Help
There are very basic questions I have about using this site. I have to go to messages to get to this support screen. A help button maybe? The forums have so much stuff and my questions don't get answered. Even finding my old question. How. Seriously, in between games and study I've tried everything! I used message to write back to the intro message a month ago and haven't heard back. I contacted support a few days ago and haven't heard back. I'm I really missing it, or is it this hard to find? I'm no newbie computer user. Maybe it because I'm using my iPad. I'll go to my computer now and sign in there. Chess.com make this easier for iPad users or contact me please!
