Why am I getting 1400 rated problems on TT of late?

I'm rated around 1900 in Tactics Trainer and I expect to get problems rated at least 1800 and upwards. But of late I'm only getting problems that in the range 1400-1500, I even got one problem that was rated 1200. Because of this, I'm getting a +1 or +2 for getting a problem right and -11 for getting it wrong. What's happening here?

They did change it recently to make the rating range more varied.  Looks like it has gone too far in your case.

Same here - very confusing. With the lower rated problems, you can click on the small '?' to see the target time for your rating to score 100%. Don't know whether you're coming or going half the time.

If so, verify you are set to rated mode on the website.

Why would I be gaining/losing points for a problem if I'm not set to the rated mode?

I can't say your problem is related to that but a couple of months ago I tested being unrated on the site and rated on the app. It gave me lower rated tactics on the app, where I would get one point max on a success. That's why I asked if you were doing tactics on the app (they are obviously rated wherever you are doing them).

I haven't tested recently to see if it was fixed or not. May try a little later.

No I never play on the app. I've not even used the app so far. And the problems are rated on the website. 

Ah, might have just been a string of low rated problems. Mine seem to alternate fairly well.
