Why are my games locking up????????

Ever since we got this new format on chess.com, one thing after another malfunctions.  First my chat messages freeze up, my "notes" window won't stay open long enough for me to write a note, and now my games have frozen up.  I make a move, hit the submit button, and the game comes back to me with my move not made.  Time after time after time.  This is just a horrible "improvement" in a formerly perfect chess site.

The position after the move is the same as the position before I made the move, if that's what your question meant.  However, I have finally figured out what the problem is.  I just needed to wait much longer before I made my move.  Even though it looks as if it is waiting for my move to be made, it is still downloading data.  So now I simply wait until the message along the bottom of my screen goes away.  And if you have a slow internet connection, it is a long wait.
