Why can't I put in my avatar?

It happened to 1 in 10 players (I’m part of that 1 in 10 players) WTH
Also it’s happening when there isn’t an error
(I didn’t get that error)
I did, but not with profile pic.
I got it with some sort of super admin thing
What I mean is 1 in 10 players got a message like that
Please fix this bug
