I'm new to chess and finally won a daily game after a couple of losses, but my rating does not reflect this triumph. It still shows only my losses. Does it matter that I won by resignation rather than checkmate? I feel like I earned some ELO.
It wouldn't matter if it was resignation, checkmate or timeout but it does matter that it was an unrated game.
