Why do I have to put a code in before sending a DM?

I spoke to someone else and they said it's not normal, is it a glitch or is it standard for all new accounts?

I'm not sure. You may be able to put this in the "Help & Support" forum, and a moderator (probably Martin) should respond fairly quickly.

If you're talking about moving this specific forum, I don't think you can do that.

If you want to get to the "Help & Support" forum area, at the top of this forum's title, there should be two icons. Forums > Off Topic

You should be able to hit Forums and scroll down to the forum section above this and make one there.
