You have a low rating deviation (RD) value, so you don't get large increases in rating, especially when playing others in relatively close rating to you. You would get more for winning again someone a lot higher rated.

So how do we fix that?
I mean my friends get +40 for a win on 750 rating and I am gaining 8 for win since 500 rating now I am 900
But why does that happen? Is it just because of rating deviation?

I am playing people way higher and gaining like 10 elo
I'm currently playing a tournament where I'm only getting +15 elo as a 950 playing 1500 and 1600 players. Beat the 1500, lost to the 1600. I didn't lose any though so I'm not sure what the deal with that is.
your first few games you get high rating deviations to quicker place you in your right spot. then if just slows down after 20 or so games. after that its 16 rating total change possibility (+8,-8 or +0 - 16 ) so you cant just jump super fast

I just now played a game with 756 elo, against a 809 elo, and he won 22 elo point, but if I beat a lower rated, I just get 7-8 point. I just dont understand.

As I found personally, beating a higher-rated player also surges your RD value.
I am 950 rated and when I beat my opponents, I only get 6+ but if I lose, then I lose 12 rating points. I am not that high rated to lose many points and gain very little. Once in a tournament, I beat a 1500 rated and only got 10 rating points and when I review my games, I get an estimated rating of 1400-1500 every time. Is there any way to get rating points faster without participating in tournaments?
Rating changes are based on the rating difference between you and your opponent and your respective rating deviation values. Random seeks vs tournaments make dno difference to the rating algorithm.
If you happen to be on the site, you can actually see the points you gain or lose in a match before the outcome. And if you play with lower rated players in rated, you can gain 2 points from them.
