Hmm. I don't think it is true that you can't discuss membership plans.
Perhaps your question was about the new Friends and Family Plan?

If you look at the profile it shows community guidelines, not fair play policy. The account only had 2 games, and the one with 103 moves could be been resigned by my opponent whenever they wanted. I wasn't losing in any way.
So, the only thing that could have been was my comments about the membership plans.

There are some different things that can result in closure for abuse that aren't directly related to games or content. For example, but not limited to:
I only made the account today. I only played 2 games, and I made comments about the diamond memberships. I don't have two accounts, and I can't get a clear explanation why the previous account was closed. I no longer have access to the email account associated with that account, so I can't email from there to request an explanation.
If chess.com has a legit reason for closing that account, they should state that here. If I did something they didn't want, then I most likely am willing to refrain from doing it again in the future. I made one statement regarding the membership plans, and I didn't post the same message in multiple locations (which would be considered spamming).
A simple warning would have sufficed. Closing the account was really excessive.

If you want to find out more you'll need to contact Support directly using the option in the menu.
That's interesting how you can have your account closed by some anonymous moderator, then people like Martin_Stahl and justbefair can chime in with deflection and complete ignorance as to why your account was closed. And then, the only thing you can do is contact "support" which is AI generated.
No one has the guts to come out and say why the account was closed.
Who closed the account? The anonymous moderator? The deflection team? The AI generated bot? Support?
Who is hiding behind the chess.com wall of banning?

A moderator didn't close your account and we can't publicly disclose specific closure reasons. The support tool can contact staff successfully
I made a comment on another account, HowDidTheyDoThat, which only addressed the membership plans. Apparently, I was banned for that. I was comparing their treatment of individuals over groups where they get a decent offer, but the individual is not treated fairly. Apparently, they don't like this. But, why close the person's account? Just send a warning message if you are too chicken to discuss the merits of my claim that it is unfair to treat the individual like this.
Why would I now want to sign up for diamond now knowing they don't care about us?
