Why flagged for "potentially suspicious" play again?

This keeps happening, periodically my account will get flagged for "potentially suspicious play" and then it will take forever to seek a live game.  Then the flag goes away.  What the hell is happening?  I almost never abort games, I very rarely lose my connection, and I never run out my clock maliciously.

There are two potential causes I can think of.  First, sometimes I think 1-2 minutes on a single move in a 5|5 game, but this is not malicious and it's just me thinking (and I'll always move before the clock runs out).  Maybe it's outside the average and therefore triggering the "fair play" check, that's one guess.  The other potential cause I can imagine is that some jerk was upset about losing yesterday and said he would report me for using an engine (which I wasn't, and an analysis of the games would prove it), and maybe that's why it is flagged today.  Is there any way for an admin to find out the specific reason for the flag, if it's stored as a data field on my account?

Because it keeps happening, this is a serious problem that interferes with my ability to get games!

An update:  I was *completely* unable to seek any games while this flag was active.  I tried seeking a 2|1 and after 15 minutes, no matches.  The site states it's only supposed to delay seeks by 5 minutes, but it seemed to be doing more than that.  But I could join a game by another player and after I played a couple such games, the flag went away.

Buggy!

Thinking 1/2 mins in a 5 minute game is not suspicious at all. It's your time, use it!

I am having exact the same problem all the time. And it seems that chess.com don't care about this issue at all.
