Why I can not do the castling?

hi people, this is my first topic in forums, I just play online games but I have a doubt in a game, which is why cant do the castling in this moment. My king  hasn´t been "chessed", I don´t know if the white queen position has somthing to do with that. (I´m black).  Cheers and thankyou (sorry if its a silly question but I can´t find the explanation)

PD: I can´t do it in any of both sides

you can't "castle over check," that is, you can't castle when it requires moving your king over a square that is being attacked (d8 and f8 in your game).
