why is your code so lazy and how do I get my money back?

The software running behind this website is a huge disappointment to me as an engineer.
It feels very half arsed and is missing some very simple UX implementations that people have cried for over and over.
The logic in the code for puzzles is absolutely atrocious, I know 15 year olds who could build you a better program. Im paying £120 a year but you cant get a developer to write 6/7 lines of logic... No thanks chess.com
God knows what your GDPR/DSS state is like, data breach waiting to happen. if your backend is in the same state.
