Rating points? I don't know the formula chess.com uses but with the USCF, you can get a bonus in your rating for going perfect or winning a tournament depending on how many games you played and a complicated formula coupled with Elo's formula... maybe its something like that...

No, i think SerbianPlayer means the Tournament Points you can deserve when you become 1st, 2nd or 3rd in a tourney. The more tournaments you win, the more points you get...

When someone wins a tournament they get like 150 points for example,
