So I'm in Champion League now and I'm trying to get to Legend, and the easiest and fastest way is by playing arena, since you get bonus points for winning on a streak, and my opponent rating are usually lower than mine's, so I could win most of my games. I was playing a lot last night and now I'm trying to play more arena matches but I got the message: "You currently cannot join tournaments or arena events. Your play is being evaluated by our Fair Play Team." I can still play regular matches online and stuff but this is actually scary. I've heard a lot of players in the past complaining about getting banned and never getting their accounts back. I know my log might be a little suspicious because of my win streak from last night and the one match where I drew by repetition against a 2200 player, but I am not using an engine or any books or stuff like that. I've studied openings in the past and tactics, that's all. I don't think I have ever had bad sportsmanship, instead, I've had some nice conversations and complimented some good players. The closest to bad sportsmanship I've done is request draw too many times in one match and using the clock emoji when my opponent is taking too long. I understand the Fair Play Team is trying to keep Chess.com safe from any cheaters or rude players but I am not any of these. If I am using an engine, I should be winning every match I play with some insanely high accuracy like 99%, but my accuracy is around 70%-80%. I do get lucky sometimes with no bad moves in a match and get a 90% accuracy. But as everyone saw, Ding and Nepo played a match with both 99% accuracy, so it's possible. I just enjoy hopping on Chess.com to play a few matches after a long day of work since school is done now and I can no longer play chess in person with my friends. I hope the Fair Play Team marks my account and plays as clean so I can continue my chess journey and hopefully reach Legend soon. Thank you.

Update: I can now play arena again! Thank you so much for investigating correctly, Fair Play Team! I tried again to join a random arena match and to my surprise, I got into a blitz arena. I was so surprised I started panicking and just resigned because I was so low on time.

The vast majority of your games should be played to completion, either with checkmate, stalemate, resignation, or on time (without just letting time run out of you were losing)

As long as the majority of your recent games are completed without aborting, abandoning, or letting time run out, then you won't be restricted. There's no notification on status change

You'll have to play a sufficient number of games to completion to remove the restrictions
