You guys totally screwed up a simple request to change my billing information

Your system wouldn’t let me change the credit card associated with my account (problem #1) so I sent a simple request for support on changing it. The next thing I know my Diamond membership (which I had just renewed in December) is gone and I am sent 2 emails asking me to come back (and pay again!) What are you guys smoking? Please fix this ASAP.

There is no point in writing for support help on the forum. The staff generally don't read most of the posts. (Most are answered by moderators or other members. Moderators are volunteers, not staff.)

At any rate it appears that your diamond membership is active.

If something remains to be fixed, you should write back to the same staff member who tried to help you in the first place.

For 3 days. Someone graciously gave me 3 days of Diamond membership while I ponder whether or not to pay for something I'm already paid up to until next December.
