A sportsman ship restriction is imposed if you stall or abort or abandon too often. I thought that the notice would have said something like "Stop doing that and the restriction will be lifted after a few games."

You played 20+ games yesterday. I am guessing that it was already lifted.

This whole thing is quite ridiculous i think they should change the reasons for people to be restricted and have propper proof not just what people say.

The system isn't based on reporting.

Yes i know but if everyone reports a certain player it will be ringing alarm bells for the chess.com ai or whatever it uses to regulate the server

I would recommend lichess

Lichess is really great and serves a purpose (it's free) but its User interface is terrible. If one can afford it (and wants access to unlimited puzzles like I do) AND wants great interface then this website is better.

I could no longer play tournaments again and it was saying something about bad sportsmanship... I never exhibited any of such... The last tournament I played went smooth. On opening it again, it said bad sportsmanship..

Please how do I get the bad sportsmanship restrictions off because ever since my beginning with chess.com, this is d first time I am receiving such. The last game I played was smooth... I only went off to attend to something quick. Getting back, it showed the whole bad sportsmanship stuff... Please what qualifies as bad sportsmanship because I never did anything wrong

Looking at your game history, you seem to abandon games regularly (leaving them without resigning). That is considered bad sportsmanship and probably the reason for your restrictions.
