Your site keeps disconnecting

Listen, I am doing a ping to 4.2.2.2 which is google while playing to make sure is not my internet and the chess.com server has disconnected me twice, it is not my internet, maybe you need more bandwidth to your servers?

The path your traffic takes to one site an the path to another site are different. Also pings are very minimal traffic and other processes on your system or local network can cause the packets from/to the live server drop or need resent without causing an ping loss to Google's servers.

no blitz for me on chess.com because of disconnects, lag, false time reports and more.

lichess is so much better for fast time controls.

chess.com is good for the current Niemann gossip.

Happens to me too - this is not an internet issue, never happens on lichess. I have started playing there much more often because I keep getting disconnected.
