Having the same issue. Connection is stable, I stream occasionally. Would just like to play a few blitz games without being randomly DCed.
Once again...Its not my end. I have a download of 60-70 mbps and an upload of 5-6 mbps. remaining consistent. When I stream, I'm normally not dropping any frames unless I set the bit rate too high.
I know this may or may not come as a shock to you, but servers can be overloaded.

You didn't provide any points other than "nou". How exactly is that a point? Hell, I even addressed it by showing you my download/upload, but you just call me a retard for it. And there are people complaining about it. This thread dates back three years, and I'm sure there are duplicate threads consisting of the same issue.
If I'm disconnecting from a game, while my internet is still live, testing the connection during a DC and it says it's still good, and everything else still works, the only conclusion that I can come up with is that the server is being overloaded or having trouble communicating.
Can I get an actual tech support from an admit, or do I have to put up with a rude user that has no knowledge?

If u seriously think ur internet service experiences no interruptions then I'd understand why u have this illogical view of chess.com's servers.
I've never had an issue with disconnections, only when my own internets gone retard.
I'm reading it and I can interpret how I think it was typed. If not directed at me, why say it all?
Read it yourself and determine how someone else can interpret it that way.
Regardless, this conversation isn't going anywhere. As I said, I'd rather have an admit answer, rather than get into a bickering contest with a troll.

Site is bad news Iam afraid, and this disconnect issue seems to have got worse over the last few months! And it's obviously taking away the enjoyment from playing! The tech people are burying their heads in the sand and coming up with all sorts of quick fixes to resolve it and none of them work! I have done every thing but they must make playing fair otherwise they will lose subscribers!
Fix this issue man. Its has been ages. I'm losing 12 matches in back to back. Fix this it has been 4 years im posting constatly about this.
My internet works fine but it still disconnects. I play an away bigger game than chess on the same network. Also, upload at the same time. But even though I'm not uploading this tiny game disconnects 🤒🤒🤒🤒🤒🤮🤮🤮🤮🤕
Very True... It's happened to me and I am quite convinced it needs to be fixed....
Why chess.com require super internet connect? I have for example ping 16 ms, download 19,6 Mbps and upload 12,46 Mbps and chess.com regular give disconnect message. Lichess has never problems and all other pages work fine. I think that it's better move other site to play.
This thread is over 4yrs old. I stopped playing on this site and play on [another site -- MS] instead because of the disconnection issues, which I never experience on [another site], or any other site for that matter. I tried a few games today and the 3rd or 4rth game I got disconnected and lost a game I was easily winning. 4yrs and this problem hasn't been resolved. HOPELESS Chess.com. How can you manage to run a commercial site like this?
I like your puzzle stuff otherwise I would never comeback to this site, at least your consistent connection issues don't affect those.
literally experiencing this now, not letting me play live games but it lets me use the rest of the other features.

There were some Live server restarts.
non stop and mostly when I am winning, wonder if its a hack?

The clients never directly connect and your opponent can't impact your connection to the site.
