It was indeed Aki, I will not say much about this, I do not agree with chess.com's ban they think theya re helping their community but in reality it has been getting worse and worse over time as these trolls cant be stopped because chess,com seems too broke to stop them in general. A lot of other games and popular websites are good with getting rid of trolls quickly it just depends how much staff they actually have! which they refuse to get more of and staff to do their jobs correctly and efficiently.

I have said it many times, If I ever get banned I will be sure people learn about the amount of abuse chess.com has put me through the amount of emotional damage, and yes that sounds childish but I came to this site to have a good time, have fun in clubs and play some chess with friends. I got abused by a troll and I stood up for my friends as well. I fought back as I wasn't gonna allow the trolls to continue being abusive but they ban people trying to stop it or who has been through the most with them. It isn't right and they need to see that, "Contact staff to talk about a closure" then stop ignoring members who do so. Its that simple, I have had many people tell me they get ignored by staff, over 5 friends! who have contacted using different emails each time even there main email for their chess account. Staff are lazy and I will share multiple screenshots about it if I have to. I have even brought this topic upon one and they ended the conversation instantly. They avoid the topic because they know. They only want to help the more "important" request for money. They care about the money like every website. I will say this proudly and without regret. Chess.com does not care for their community. The money is all that matters.

this is why i want to be a special moderator that takes good care of this community, cuz i’ve tolled wind and staerex to fix this but they just wouldnt respond, its weird, and the thing is, that we were there before the moderators aka active people, thats insane bro….
