** How do I turn off Log-in msgs

During the game I get messages when some 1 logs on / off ...

How do I turn it off ?

In your live chess page you can use the settings link (top right of the page in live premium, and under the chat area in live basic)  then click  the smaller Alerts tab. Change the one marked Friends to Requests Only   then save settings.

Last night I found setting & today I found the alerts as you mentioned.

I click alerts but don't see the one marked friends.  

There is a Friends alert but it's on its own & you mean otherwise.

The LogOn/LogOff alerts you see are changed using the drop down box next to where it says Friends

For me it shows up in Upper Right - Settings Tab - than Alert :)
