3 minutes per move chess?

no there is no 2 or 3 minutes per move time control I think. but you can play a 1 minute+ 60 seconds per move game or something like that instead

I cannot see that option.
Also I cannot see the 45 minute chess that I have heard exists.

yes in live chess there is a custom game button. here you can set up your starting time and the extra time you get after a move :)
I don't have the 'custom' option. I also don't have the 45 minute game option.
Are these maybe features that are only available to paying members?
Does anybody who is a 'free' member have these options?
I have only 9 options under Live Chess:-
30min 10min 5min 15/10 5/5 3/2 3 2/1 1minute

Are you playing on the site or using an app on your phone? I don't know if the game settings are different between the two. On the website, games over 30 minutes are not listed as an option unless you click on "live chess". This brings up a "more" option. Click that option and it opens up a few longer time controls. I hope this helps.
I find the time constraints of 30 min chess a bit tight and I am moving without really giving it as much thought as I would like.
I was hoping the 3min chess option was 3 min per move... but no it is 3 min per game...!
I guess I could play 30 min chess and just resign myself to almost certainly losing every game on time. It would still be good chess practise.
Is there any way to play where there is 2 or 3 minutes per move instead of a game deadline?
